Their services are great and reasonably priced. They've never missed a trash pickup, and I appreciate that their truck is quiet and doesn't wake me up during the early hours of the morning. I highly recommend them!

When we first moved to Raleigh, the need to choose your own trash pick up was new to us as it was always city provided before. Admittedly I had no idea where to even begin and it seemed that every option we found the reviews were not great. We continued our search and thankfully found Oakley Sanitation.I don’t even know where to start on describing how incredible this business is. I have never experienced such top tier customer service and overall experience with any company until now.It’s the little things about what we’ve experienced so far with them that have just impressed us so freaking much.The wave when they pick up if we happen to be outside at the same time. The care taken to place back the bin in a safe place off the street. One time the guy even returned it to the top of our driveway for us!!! Like….what?!?! So kind!The quality of bins they provide. The transparency and informative calendar about their pickup schedules. And Lynn!!! Omg Lynn…you’re the best.Tyler I’ve never met you but Lynn refers to you the few times I’ve called and you’re the best too!!! John I believe called one time to let me know he was on his way because pick up was maybe a little later than usual…just wow. The entire team of Oakley Sanitation is just amazing. Everything you do is so appreciated.Raleigh is our forever home and of the many reasons I am happy for it to be our forever home…having Oakley Sanitation is at the top of the list. Not even kidding.

We switched to Oakley from GFL last year and it is the BEST decision we've ever made for trash pick-up! GFL was like dealing with a Robot where Oakley Sanitation has wonderful customer service, which is why most of my neighbors have switched too! This company is amazing! The owner personally contacts you and they clearly explain why and when they do things.Also, my local driver emptied the bin in a wind/rain storm and after he drove off the bin blew into my yard. He stopped, turned around, and came back to replace the bin in a more secure location. He could have easily driven off and blamed it on the wind. High class service!!
